Ron Webb

Ron WebbMy younger brother Ron Webb, went through so much while homeless off and on over the years. On May 8th his 54th birthday his foot was amputated partly due to being homeless. He had gangrene in his foot that eventually caused a blood infection that caused him to have a heart attack. He lost his life on November 30th of 2018 in a hospital in Chicago. He was a born again Christian and is out of pain now., but homelessness needs to be addressed in Bloomington Normal. I can remember him telling me about sleeping on the parking garages in Bloomington when he was homeless before. I love and miss my little brother very much. These people go without a place to even be able to take their shoes off and get air to their feet. He had no place to lay down November of 2017. He had a sore on the bottom of his foot that first lead to a tie being amputated because he didn't take his shoes off for close to two weeks. Please help us get the homeless a safe place to stay? Ron was a guy who would have given you the shirt off his back when he was feeling good. Thank you for your support Sincerely Cynthia A. Shepherd
