I am a Recovery Support Specialist, a local leader in the community, a self-professed nerd and geek, and a Live Action Role Player. I wanted to bring a bit of each of these identities to fundraising for a worthy cause. I plan on incorporating some of each identity in my fundraising activities for Night in a Car 2024, especially Live Action Role Playing. Last year, the proceeds from Night In A Car provided 15,496 nights of shelter to 324 men, women, and children who had nowhere else to stay. You served 33,480 meals to our shelter residents and community members with the support from our local community.
