I began doing Night in a Car when I was a pastor because I wanted to learn how it might feel.....even a little taste of it......to have to live in my car. The 2nd year, I did it again and was working at HSHM.....my first year was so powerful I wanted to learn more. I've done it every year since because I believe so strongly in what we do at HSHM and in supporting those we serve who've lived in their cars, in parking garages, in dumpsters, and in other places not meant for human habitation. I've worked at HSHM for 3 1/2 years and I love it because I get to serve the amazing people who have experienced so much trauma and still smile and keep putting one foot in front of the other. They are incredible!!!
No matter the amount, every donation counts. Please help us reach our goal! THANK YOU!
