This is my 7th year doing Night in a Car.......the very first year I wasn't yet working at HSHM and this year I'm retired and no longer working at HSHM! That should say something about how deeply I care about this ministry and how much I believe in it. In my years at Home Sweet Home Ministries as a staff person, I've seen so many lives transformed and much of it is simply that the were able to be safe in an environment where people truly cared about them. Last year, the proceeds from Night In A Car provided 15,496 nights of shelter to 324 men, women, and children who had nowhere else to stay. You served 33,480 meals to our shelter residents and community members with the support from our local community.
